Rules and Duties of a Leader
Minimum Requirements:
- Appointment to the position of leader in government organizations is allowed from Level 8.
- Appointment to the position of leader in illegal organizations is allowed from Level 8.
- Note: Senior administration may add additional requirements in leader applications.
- Exception: In the case of active gameplay on the server, the level requirement may be reduced. Each case is considered individually.
1. Duties of Organization Leaders
1.1. The leader must maintain order in chat, on the forum, and within the faction in general.1.2. The leader must keep the faction at an appropriate level and strive to develop it as much as possible.
1.3. The leader must help new members adapt to the faction or assign staff for this purpose.
1.4. Minimum term of office:
- Government structures/news: 21 days
- Gangs (OOC/illegal orgs): 14 days
- Note 1: Days spent inactive are not counted.
- Note 2: Days spent on approved leave are added to the term.
1.5. The leader must maintain a stable online presence and notify in advance if inactive for more than 24 hours. - Minimum online time: 3 hours per day.
1.6. The leader may serve beyond the minimum term if they have ideas and motivation. Multiple terms are allowed. - Note: At the discretion of senior administration.
1.7. During the leadership term, the player must play only on this server and on a single account.
1.8. Leaders and deputies must observe working hours from 10:00 to 21:00 MSK. - Note 1: No personal breaks during work hours; personal matters must be addressed after the workday.
- Note 2: In the army, leaving the base after work hours is allowed only for officers. Soldiers below officer rank must remain on base all day.
1.9. During their term, the leader must conduct or participate in at least one global RP scenario. - Note: Failure to participate or conduct a scenario results in a warning (warn).
1.10. The leader must develop RP within the faction, build a team, and foster a good organizational atmosphere.
1.11. The leader is responsible for their members, must train them, and maintain their level. - Note: The leader and senior staff are responsible for teaching RolePlay norms. If a member grossly violates rules, the leader may be punished.
2. Moderation of the Faction Section
2.1. Each faction must have the following forum topics:- “Promotion System”
- “FAQ on Organization and Joining”
- “Leader’s Personal Desk (Citizen and Officer Requests)”
- Note: Complaints about members are handled in the prosecutor’s section.
2.2. The leader, as moderator, must ensure forum rules are followed in their section. - Note: Check topics on promotion, joining, and transfers.
2.3. Deleting topics is prohibited.
2.4. A leader may pin a maximum of 5 topics in their section.
3. General Rules
3.1. Leaders may not fully disband a faction without permission from the Chief Monitor (GOСС or gang equivalent). Reducing senior staff or re-attesting members is allowed.3.2. If a leader fails to complete their term, they receive a warning (warn); failure to last 7 days results in a 7-day ban (ban).
3.3. A leader may transfer their post if they are Rank 8–9 with permission from the Chief Monitor.
3.4. Changing your in-game nickname is prohibited without Monitoring Administration approval.
3.5. Deputy level requirements:
- Gangs: Level 6 minimum
- Government orgs: Level 3 minimum
3.6. Senior staff (Rank 8) must be at least Level 3.
3.7. Leaders exhibiting inappropriate behavior may receive a warning or removal.
3.8. Leaders inactive for long periods may receive a warning or removal.
3.9. One deputy (Rank 9) may be appointed by proxy. - Note: In criminal organizations, up to five deputies (Rank 9) may be appointed by proxy.
- Note: In government structures, up to three deputies (Rank 9) may be appointed by proxy with permission from the Chief Monitor.
- Note: The leader is fully responsible for actions of deputies appointed by proxy.
3.10. Leaders may not hold leadership positions in other projects.
3.11. Leaders must not be AFK without minimizing the game or remain in RP sleep.
3.12. Minimum interview duration: 30 minutes.
3.13. Leaders may dismiss members for insults in nRP chat or violation of faction hierarchy.
3.14. Dismissal must be justified, with evidence stored for 3 days.
3.15. The leader represents the project and must control emotions and communicate adequately with all players.
3.16. Leaders and deputies of government structures may not wear accessories during working hours. - Exception: Black glasses, case (diplomatic) allowed.
3.17. Leaders may not take inactive status during the first 7 days of their term.
4. Senior Staff and Promotions
4.1 Government Structures:
- Max Rank 9: 3 members
- Max Rank 8: 4 members
- Max Rank 7: 5 members
4.2 Gangs:
- Max Rank 9: 4 members
- Max Rank 8: 6 members
- Max Rank 7: 20 members
- Note: If not appointed, the leader must appoint three members through the promotion system; candidate calls for deputy posts are mandatory.
- Note: Forum applications may only be opened for Rank 1.
- Note: No minimum term for deputies in criminal organizations.
4.6. Opening applications for player reinstatement is prohibited – warn.
4.7. Senior staff may only be formed via the promotion system; opening applications or appointments by proxy are prohibited – warn/removal.
