Information:
The Department was created for the interconnection between organizations. It has its own rules that must be followed, according to which there are no exceptions.
The department's chat is prohibited:
— Metagaming, transliteration, and CapsLock messages are prohibited.
— It is forbidden to write a nickname with an underscore. (Writing a nickname in English as a whole)
— Any profanity is prohibited.
Exception: if you have a biography on the backup, you can write with profanity, but it's forbidden to send everyone just like that.
— It is forbidden to sort out relations with the factions. If the conflict is related to OOC, then discuss it in private messages.
— It is forbidden to ignore the department chat when contacting you or your organization.

No parentheses, please, just write the organization and what you need from it.
You can write to the department from any rank (the system allows from 3).
