When the roof over your head has taken the shape of an apartment, and in your inventory, besides bolts and a lighter, the first decent clothes have appeared — the character faces the eternal Russian question: "Where to go?".
The choice lies in two fundamental planes: service to the Law or service to Interest. Below is a comprehensive reference guide to the organizations available for employment and development of your personal story.

⚖️ STATE SECTOR: Structure and Order
Service in state factions is not just a job, it's a way of life. There is a strict hierarchy, charters and, importantly, a stable social package. If your character gravitates towards regulations, shoulder straps or white coats — this is the place for you.

📋 Classification of state departments:

📰 Media (TRK "Rhythm")	The voice of the people and the mirror of events. The main task is covering the life of the state, creating news reports, conducting interviews and publishing announcements. Ideal for creative individuals who want to influence public opinion without weapons in their hands.
🏥 Central City Hospitals (Yuzhny city and Arzamas city)	The citadel of hope and salvation. People come here not for money, but for a calling. Surgeons, therapists, psychologists and ambulance drivers. Without medics, life in the region will stop. Important: knowledge of the medical regulations and the ability to make quick decisions are required.
🚨 Law Enforcement Block	Includes Ministry of Internal Affairs, Traffic Police, Military Police and Investigative Committee. These are security forces responsible for street patrols, solving crimes and conducting operational-search activities. Requires endurance, knowledge of the State Criminal Code and the ability to conduct dialogue in stressful situations.
🚒 Ministry of Emergency Situations	Prevention, rescue, assistance. Firefighters and rescuers. Their work is often not as noticeable as the police, but they are the ones who pull citizens out of mangled cars and put out fires in warehouses. Those who are physically fit and brave — welcome.
⚔️ Land Forces	Army discipline and protection of national interests. Service at checkpoints, military bases, protection of strategic facilities and participation in special exercises. Less contact with civilian "everyday life", more harsh army romance.
🛡️ Federal Security Service (FSB)	State secrets and counterintelligence. An elite unit that doesn't take people from the street. Engaged in suppressing particularly serious crimes, terrorism and espionage. Working in the FSB is the crown of a career for many law enforcement officers.
🏛️ Executive and Judicial Branch	Includes Government, Prosecutor's Office and Nizhny Novgorod Court. This is the brain and legal skeleton of the state. Here laws are adopted, licenses are issued, sentences are passed and the legality of the actions of all other security forces is monitored. A sphere for those who prefer to work with documents and words.

🕶️ CRIMINAL SECTOR: Shadow and Influence
Life on the other side of the law is difficult, dangerous, but incredibly free in its manifestations. There are no charters here, but there are criminal concepts. Joining a criminal faction is more difficult than getting a state job — you need to prove your usefulness and loyalty through action.

  []Izmailovo OCG — A classic organized group with a rigid vertical of power. Control of territories, "roofing" businesses and solving issues in the traditions of the 90s. A path for those who honor criminal traditions and are ready to go from "henchman" to "authority."
  []Tambov OCG — A disciplined and powerful force known for its pragmatism. They often act more subtly, preferring economic pressure and strategic partnership over open gunfire (although they don't shy away from it either).
  []Real Boys — A young wave, street culture of district against district. Here they value not so much the criminal law as specific actions, audacity and loyalty to their circle. Tracksuits, neighborhood drive and solving problems "here and now."
  []Peaky Blinders — Stylization of British gangs from the early 20th century. Aesthetics, cold calculation and family business. Often involved in legal fronts (bars, factories, bookmaker offices) and shadow operations.

❓ WHERE TO GO AND WHEN? Practical advice

Many newcomers ask: can you go straight to the FSB or become a "Blinder"? The answer is diplomatic but honest:

📝 Recommendation for beginners:
🏥 State Hospital, Army or Ministry of Internal Affairs — these are classic social elevators. In these positions, you will quickly learn the map, get acquainted with the mechanics of interacting with players and earn initial capital and reputation. This is the foundation.

🕶️ Criminal — a thorny path. Right after registration, serious OCGs won't take you (and if they do, chances are they'll use you as expendable material). It's better to start with solo survival, make connections in the criminal world through small errands, and only then knock on the doors of the grouping's "offices."

⚔️FSB — the domain of experienced players who already know the project's rules, know how to roleplay subordination and have an impeccable reputation (at least, no criminal record).
