Restoration of game property is possible in the following cases:
1. In case of fraud in IC or OOC:
- if there is no suspicion of sale/purchase/exchange of game property (2.13).
- if the attacker did not have time to "spend" the stolen funds.
Note: If you were deceived, you should leave a complaint in the appropriate section: File a complaint about fraud.
2. In case of erroneous transfer of funds to another Bank account.
Note: A refund will be possible if the other party voluntarily returns them to you.
3. Hacking of the game account is not subject to restoration.
Note: the project administration is not responsible for lost property.
Note: We recommend that you activate all possible protection methods.
4. In case of a forgotten secret PIN-Code from the Bank account.
Note: When creating a Bank account, the system sets the PIN-Code - 0000 by default.
5. Technical problems. If something disappears through no fault of the player, then all property/funds must be restored in full.
Note: property loss can occur in the natural game environment, "rent payment for housing/business/garage, food, electricity, mining farms, etc. - are not subject to recovery.
