General Provisions

• 1.1 Minimum daily requirement: 2 hours online + 15 answers.
• 1.2 A Game Helper represents the project and must behave politely and professionally.
• 1.3 Helper must ensure full security of their account (Telegram, Google, email, etc.).
• 1.4 Follow all instructions of the Chief Overseer and their deputies.
• 1.5 Comply with all server and support rules.
• 1.6 Minimum term is 7 days. Early leave = warn.
• 1.7 Promotion to administrator is based on activity and personal qualities.

Permissions

• 2.1 Take inactivity leave (after first 7 days).
• 2.2 Own any property.
• 2.3 Answer player questions via /ans.
• 2.4 Participate in RP processes.
• 2.5 Join factions (including deputy/leader positions).
• 2.6 Issue mutes for violations (off-topic, behavior, etc.).

Prohibitions

• 3.1 Violate server or support rules.
• 3.2 Show inadequate or toxic behavior.
• 3.3 Use alternate accounts (twinks).
• 3.4 Give incomplete answers (e.g. "check C/R", "specify").
• 3.5 Rush responses or make mistakes.
• 3.6 Flood helper chat.
• 3.7 Redirect players to /report unnecessarily.
• 3.8 Ignore /ask requests.
• 3.9 Change nickname without permission.
• 3.10 Ask for promotion or force transfer.
• 3.11 Use /ans for personal purposes.
• 3.12 Advertise /ask in chats.
