Important Technical Section Rules

The technical section is a special place where all requests from our dear players that are somehow related to technical problems or malfunctions on our game project are considered. Unfortunately, there are problems that require the intervention of special people - technical specialists, they are the ones who will always come to the rescue and sort out any technical problem.
All topics are considered by code:

1. Nickname (exact game nickname, following the format Name_Surname):
2. Server:
3. Exact time and date of the problem:
4. Full description of the problem:
5. Evidence (video/screenshots with /time):

It is prohibited:

1. To create topics unrelated to the technical problem on the server/client side.
2. To create a duplicate topic;
3. To create a topic not using the code provided above;
4. Off-topic, raising a topic (warning/blocking of the forum account)
5. To create a topic without evidence (may be denied consideration)
6. To create topics and messages that violate the forum rules
7. To communicate in other people's topics (there is a smoking room and project chats for this)

The timeframe for reviewing topics and making decisions on topics is determined by the administration responsible for the section.
